December 14, 2018 saw our third (and final visit for 2018) to volunteer at the Daily Bread Food Bank. The McGregor Socks team was able to help 161 GTA families by sorting and boxing 3,223lbs of food!
Our VP of Sales, Rob Stanley, dropped into radio station Indie88 Friday, December 14, 2018 to present Josie Dye with a donation of 5,300 socks for her show’s second annual Socks for the Streets campaign!
September 21, 2018 marked McGregor Socks second volunteer visit this year to the Toronto Daily Bread Food Bank.
On September 20, 2018 Rob Stanley, our Vice President of Sales, joined Chief Mark Saunders for the launch of Toronto Police Service’s annual United Way Greater Toronto fundraising campaign at Toronto Police Headquarters.
On February 9th, 2018 a group of McGregor employees volunteered their time at Toronto’s Daily Bread Food Bank. Together we sorted and boxed 3,731lbs of food, helping over 187 families across the GTA – Good job team!
On February 2nd, 2018 McGregor was proud to once again partner with the Just Socks Foundation for the 3rd Annual “Big Sock Drop”.
In the 2nd annual #socks4the6, McGregor donated 40,000 pairs of brand new warm socks to 38 local charities in partnership with Just Socks.
Operation Sock Monkey is a volunteer-run initiative in support of humanitarian organization that provide laughter, hope and healing to communities around the world affected by disease, disaster and social/political turmoil.
Clothesline Canopy, an art installation at Nuit Blanche in Toronto, featured 5,000 pairs of socks (including McGregor socks) strung along clotheslines overhead creating a sheltering effect for participants.
